Telesales Agent – Hospitality & Food & Beverage (F&B)

Description

On behalf of our client, we are hiring a proactive, persuasive, and results-oriented Telesales Agent with experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or food and beverage (F&B) industry to join the Sales Department on a full-time basis.

About the Role

As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing the company's solutions, and scheduling appointments for the Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a background in restaurant sales, hospitality, or F&B.

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce the company's products and services to potential clients.
• Make cold calls and follow up with prospective customers.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present product features, pricing, and benefits effectively.
• Research potential clients, particularly restaurants, cafés, and food businesses.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales Representatives.
• Record leads and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
• Handle objections and build positive relationships with prospects.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
• Previous experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or food and beverage (F&B) industry is preferred.
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Good command of English.
• Persistent, organized, and results-oriented.
