As a Jazz Business Consultant, you will drive sales across the Enterprise Solutions portfolio, identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers. You will understand customer requirements, recommend tailored solutions and deliver against sales, revenue, retention and recovery targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to the Regional Manager.

What you’ll own

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse industry verticals.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking and market analysis.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to convert opportunities into business.
• Understand client requirements through detailed needs assessments and recommend customized technology solutions.
• Promote Jazz Business’s portfolio, including GSM, Fixed Data, Adtech, Quantica, M2M and IoT solutions.
• Advise clients on how technologies such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, IoT, data management and GSM can address their business challenges.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets across the Enterprise Solutions portfolio.
• Meet retention and recovery targets for the assigned customer portfolio.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns promptly and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor activities.
• Use techno-commercial understanding of the telecommunications and technology landscape to position Jazz Business solutions effectively.
• Work with Marketing to align sales strategies with market trends and client needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support seamless solution execution and service delivery.
• Coordinate across relevant teams to address client requirements and maintain a positive customer experience.

• Understand enterprise technology areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, IoT, data management, GSM and connectivity solutions.

• Can assess business needs and translate them into relevant, customized technology solutions.

• Stay curious about market developments, emerging technologies and competitor activity.

• Collaborate effectively across internal teams to ensure strong client experience and service delivery.
