Constantinou Bros Properties, one of the leading property developers in Paphos, with more than 45 years of experience in the field, is looking to recruit a highly skilled and motivated Property Manager to joint our expanding team.

Main task and responsibilities:

• Manage private and residential developments to ensure efficient operations and maintenance.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance in both communal areas and private units.
• Plan and supervise maintenance and service activities for communal developments.
• Expand the company’s client base by securing new management contracts and additional maintenance projects.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets for each communal development, including financial planning based on projected maintenance work.
• Supervise billing processes and oversee debt collection for communal developments.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant Cypriot and EU legislation affecting the business.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Property Manager or in a related field.
• Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Experienced with MS Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in property management.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
