YOUR ROLE AS AN ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
As a vital part of our team, you'll be the friendly face supporting our operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly! Based in our beautiful Sydney CBD office, you will play a key role in assisting our team members and providing exemplary admin support.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing communications effectively, greeting visitors with a warm welcome!
• Handling data entry and ensuring meticulous organization of records.
• Responding to high volume of incoming phone calls
• Supporting our exciting projects by coordinating schedules and logistics.
• Assisting with invoicing and financial administration, helping keep our finances in check!

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
We are looking for someone who is not only organized and detail-oriented but also has a genuine passion for helping others! Here are a few things we hope to find in our new Administration Officer:

• Experience in administration or a similar role.
• A friendly personality with exceptional communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
