We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable Medical Assistant to conduct adult hearing screenings and support our clinics in Tempe and Gold Canyon, Arizona.

In this role, you’ll connect with patients, help identify hearing concerns early, and support referrals for further care. If you enjoy patient interaction, take pride in accurate work, and want to build your skills in hearing healthcare, we’d love to hear from you.

Schedule and Locations

• 4 Day Workweek, 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Two days per week at our Tempe clinic.
• Two days per week at our Gold Canyon clinic.
• Weekends off.

Requirements

• Conduct hearing screenings for adult patients.
• Operate and maintain hearing screening equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
• Accurately record and report screening results.
• Collaborate with hearing healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
• Perform administrative tasks related to patient records and equipment maintenance as needed.

The ideal candidate has:

• High school diploma or equivalent - required
• 2 + years of experience in a healthcare setting - required
• Previous experience in hearing healthcare a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Compensation
