Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually

Your Role:

Develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment using behavioral data.
Supervise, train, and mentor clinical team members.
Partner with families and caregivers to support meaningful progress.
Maintain high standards for documentation and clinical care.

Requirements

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current Virginia licensure or eligibility for licensure, if required by state regulations.
CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
